Aiming to ignite deeper love and responsibility for Telugu among children and youth, the Parishath initiated several programs. Without expecting any financial aid from governments, the Parishath conducts awareness campaigns to inspire people to treat Telugu as their own beloved language and take ownership of its growth.

It has laid the foundation for World Telugu Conferences to serve as a platform for uniting Telugu-speaking people globally.

In 2024, on the occasion of the millennium of Sri Raja Raja Narendra, the 2nd World Telugu Conference was organized in Rajahmundry, attended by over two lakh people, creating a historic moment.

The 3rd World Telugu Conference is scheduled for January 2026 in Guntur-Amaravati.
